My Reviews
My reviews commonly consist of a summary of the novel and whether I liked it or not, along with cover art, analysis of characters, and a final grade and summation of my thoughts. The summary is usually taken from Goodreads or Amazon. My reviews are not completely formal; this blog is merely a place for me to share my thoughts on a book with those who also enjoy YA fiction. I am always honest in my reviews because I try to have as much integrity as possible. I try to review almost every novel I read, so negative reviews will also be shared on my site.
Am I accepting review copies?
Unfortunately, I'm not able to accept a very large amount of novels for review at this time because of schoolwork but, I am still accepting books for review. I'm just being quite select as to what books are accepted. I always take pleasure in publicizing upcoming works and even already published works on my blog! If you would like to send me an ARC or finished copy, you can send me an email at remarkablereads@gmail.com. I do my best to respond to as many review requests as I can. I do check my spam folder often. I also have a wishlist, you can find the link under the contact me tab on my blog.
Types of novels accepted.
Remarkable Reads is primarily a Young Adult literature blog, although once and a while, I might review an adult novel that may be particularly interesting to a young adult. I do not usually accept: nonfiction, autobiographies/biographies, or titles with religious undertones (I don't mean angels) , and ebooks but if you would like me to review one, send me an email with the genre and title in the subject line, along with an explanation in the email. You can see a complete list of titles I've reviewed on my site.
I will not review any series out of sequence. If you would like me to review a book that is part of a series, please send me a copy of any predecessors. If the novel is a member of a series that is larger than a trilogy, I might not be inclined to read it. At this time, I am more likely to accept a series, if it is the first or the second novel.
I will occassionally accept e-books, but hard copies are preferred and encouraged. Self published novels are not accepted, but some exceptions are made (your book is a bestseller, your book has recieved a lot of hype on blogs, etc.) .
Novels that I request personally will have precedence over all other titles. Second precedence will go to those novels that were accepted via a review request.
How long will it take for a review: I try to read the review titles that I receive in a timely manner but I don’t have all the time in the world so I can’t promise reviews by a certain date, unless it is a part of a blog tour.

Interviews/Guest Posts/Blog Tours
I would be pleased to host authors for an interview, do a guest post or participate in a blog tour.
If you are interested in doing an author interview, I do request that a copy of your novel be sent with ample time to read before the questions need to be submitted, as an interview would be much more effective with proper questions and understanding of the novel.
