HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey Remarkable Readers!

Happy New Year!  It's officially 2012!  That means that the readathon is officially over!  You'll probably be seeing some sort of year wrap up post from me sometime this week but, right now, I'm keeping it simple so you can get back to ringing in the new year! :)

2011 Reading Challenge

2011 Reading Challenge
Jessie (RemarkableReads) has completed her goal of reading 50 books in 2011!

Leave me a comment telling how many pages you read in the readathon!  I'm curious!  There's no prize but, I'll announce who read the most!  Make sure you link up your Readathon Wrap Up Post!  Thanks for participating and Happy New Year!

Happy Reading,
Jessie

  1. I'm having trouble signing up for the linky. Everytime I click one of the boxes it ends up opening the Happy Reading Jessie image.

Would you manually put mine up?

  3. Same problem as Tattoogirl, so I'll check back later, but I logged 680 pages and 2.5 books. Pretty normal reading rate for me, which is actually better considering some of those days were prep and family visiting for Christmas! Thanks again for hosting, I'll be on the lookout for future read-a-thons!

  5. I read 825 pages and 4 books. It was a pretty hectic week with very little time to read. So I think I didn't do too bad.

  6. 6 finished books, one almost done and one halfway through - 2400 pages total.

  7. Considering it was a holiday and my daughter was home from school the entire time I think I did really good!
I read about the equivalent of 7 1/2 books and 2,485 pages total. And many were adult books so I'm patting myself on the back cause they are much heavier reading. I read 115 pages of an adult book in the same amount of time it took me to read a 350 page YA book. That particular adult book was full size hardcover and average size typing, so it was a lot more words per page. Anyway, I'm trying to make myself more proud of myself since I could have read more books and pages if I hadn't read any adult books.

Thanks so much for doing the readathon for us!

What did you think of my post? Have you read any of the books I may have spoke about? Do you agree with what I said? Etc. I love hearing from my readers!!
